Follow Through

 
 

Linking the knees hips and shoulders, unwind the body maintaining the triangle in the arms until the club reaches chest height.

The right arm should point to the target the left arm straight with the hips and shoulders facing the target.

The right knee should now be touching your left knee with the right foot rolled over onto the tiptoe. The spin should have maintained its central position but hips pushed to the target.

 
 
Note this is a pendulum movement not a tense hit. Imagine you are gently throwing the club down the driving range, these movements are natural flowing movements not aggressive and forced.
