Stableford Competition

 

A stableford competition is the same as stroke play but your handicap is deducted per hole not at the end of the round. The stroke index on each hole indicates its difficulty; stroke index 1 is the hardest hole through to stroke index 18, which is the easiest hole.

Take your shots off the score for the hole leaving the net score. Points are awarded as follows:

More than one over par or no score 0 Points
One over par 1 Point
Same as par 2 Points
One under par 3 Points
Two under par 4 Points
Three under par
