Sedlescombe Golf Club

Two Sedlescombe Golf Club juniors have been chosen to join the Sussex County Elite under-14-squad.

Daniel Haddock and David Wicks will make up one quarter of the eight-strong team selected from players throughout the whole of Sussex.

The duo are part of Sedlescombe's James Andrews School of Golf and they will travel to East Sussex National to work on the mental side of the game with a sports psychologist, while a physiotherapist will assist with their exercises.

The two boys are on course to emulate Sedlescombe's England international Ben Evans and the trio often practice together.
