Beginner Golf School courses

The James Andrews School of Golf - UK's Leading Residential Golf School
 
Our beginner golf schools offer an ideal introduction to the sport that covers all aspects of the game, including a solid setup, sound fundamentals of the swing, putting, chipping and bunkers.
 
Beginner Availability
     

The aim of this course is to give the beginning golfer the information and basic techniques needed to be able to go onto the golf course. We'll help you to understand the mechanics of the game, working on basic rules and etiquette, golf do's and don'ts, course management, card marking and handicaps.

You'll go home with your James Andrews golf manual, practice routines and the confidence to be able to play on a golf course.

All equipment is provided for Beginner Courses.

Advanced Golf Schools
 

Half Day/Intensive Courses

4 hours of tuition per day, either morning or afternoon, for 3 or 5 days. Use the other half of your day to practice your new skills, or explore the historic town of Battle and the lovely "1066" countryside.

The Full Day, Crash Course

For students with limited time who want to maximize their learning experience. This two day course immerses students in 13 hours of tuition (6.5 per day), starting at 8.30 am and finishing at 4.30 pm.
